I have over 25 years experience in food publishing as a food editor, stylist and cookery book author. I am an expert plant based cook and stylist and photograph all my own work. I also curate, design and runs cookery events and workshops in Sydney. Many of my own events focus on Food as Medicine and eating harmonious gut friendly recipes that  nourish and uplift using locally grown food. 


All my recipes are sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and plant based.

I trained in traditional French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu and became cookery editor of Good Housekeeping magazine 

With always a mind on the environment I worked as the Food Advisor for  Love Food Hate Waste to encourage people to waste less food.

I have worked closely alongside many well known chefs on TV shows including  the lovely Gordon Ramsay on The F Word and Raymond Blanc on Kitchen Secrets. 


 run a not for profit event called The Wellness Project which are small local events to encourage better food education in the community and the importance of Food as Medicine.

As a journalist my extensive styling recipe writing work has appeared in Homes & Garden, BBC Good Food, Delicious, Good Food Australia, Recipes + to name a few publications. 

I have three cook books, No Fuss Suppers and Great Kid's Parties and Party Food For Kids.
