Brainy food is very closely related to gut friendly food. Healthy gut - healthy brain. So I like to add saukraut to salads, or drink a glass of kombucha a day. I really like to include one probiotic food in each meal in the day. This keeps our inner ecology happy and regular! Our brains also love Foods that are high in the right fats, rather than using  processed oils like olive oil or coconut oil, I like to get my oil from avocados, nuts and seeds.
