Sugar has been hidden in so many foods, we've been eating it without knowing it, which has resulted in an epidemic of  sugar addictions, inflammation and weight increase. And it can be difficult to ditch.

However, ditching sugar from life is easy, but the best way forward is to cut out sugary things from your diet and when cooking  replace white refined sugar with coconut sugar for baking. Our bodies are designed to metabolise  around 1-2 small pieces of fruit a day. That is all! 

In just a few days of eliminating sugar from your diet your palette and cravings will stop craving it. These little delights will give a little energy hit without the crash!
